The Challenge
Here are some of the Challenges found while designing this Dashboard. It tried to Highlight the Nuanced Difficulties faced during the project, to add more Depth to the Analysis.

Job openings are often scattered across platforms with no centralised control, making it hard for HR to track vacancies, applicants, and role responsibilities.
The Solution
Introduce a centralised leave management system that allows employees to apply for leaves, managers to approve/reject them, and HR to view leave analytics—all in real-time with automated notifications.
Design an intuitive candidate tracking system that shows application status, interview schedules, feedback, and candidate profiles in one place, streamlining the entire hiring journey.
